October agenda

The scheduled presentations for tomorrow's COHO meeting have changed! The meeting will be held at the Argentine Community Center, 2810 Metropolitan Avenue, KCK 66109 from 8am - 9:30am.

We are pleased to have the following presenters scheduled tomorrow morning. Alicia Diaz, Board Chair of the National Latina Health Network; Mr. Gettys, Boy Scouts of America; and Pat MacDonald, Greater Kansas City Community Foundation.

Other announcements:

Kansas City Missouri School District Adult Basic Education Advisory Board. The ABE program serves as an umbrella program for a variety of educational services provide to adults and youth 16 years and older.

Westside CAN Center web site has now been launched. The site address is: http://www.westsidecan.org/

Chief Corwin, Kansas City, Missouri Police Department, is hosting fourChief's Town Hall Meetings in the month of November. (All meetings will be held at 7pm) The meeting topics include: A Blue Print for the Future and Making a Good Department Great, KCPD Efficiency Study (formerly known as the Berkshire Report)
